YCM opened FAB complete and equipment moving in ceremony on 6th, Nov. 2017. Mr. He Quanxiu, the Vice Chairman of Changchun CPPCC & Party Committee Secretary as well as Director of the Administrative Committee of Changchun Economic and Technological Development Zone, Mr. Wang Zenghua, the Director of Electronic Information Office of Department of Industry and Information Technology, Mr. Jiaping, shareholders' representative, Mr. Song Zhiyi, Vice Director of Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Mr. Sun Shouhong, the President of YCM Co., Ltd. (hereinafter refers to as YCM), Ms. Dong Fengshuang, the President of Jilin Provincial Government Investment Fund Co., Ltd., Mr. Zhang Yibing, the Vice GM of Shenzhen Jiusi Investment Management Co., Ltd., Mr. Sheng Shouqing, the GM of Changguang Group, Mr. Li Dabing, the GM of YCM attended the ceremony.

The ceremony was hosted by Mr. Sun Shouhong, the President of YCM, Mr. Li Dabing, the GM of YCM introduced company’s construction and developing condition. Mr. Li Dabing said that collaborated with TowerJazz technology from Israel, YCM was expected to build up a production line that is independent and dedicated to BSI CIS production, which would be the only production line in China and the one of the several production line in the world. What needs to be mentioned is that YCM just cost nearly half a year to finish team building, factory construction, equipment purchasing, technology introduction and development. Hence, Mr. Li Dabing extended sincere thanks to following departments.

Mr. Jiaping, shareholders' representative highly appreciated and supported YCM, he indicated that the production line of YCM would break the foreign technology embargo, and realized autonomous and controllable manufacture of Chinese high-end CIS, especially the manufacture of BSI CIS. He also pointed that its establishment was also a big step into industry-university research simultaneously road.

Present guests cut the ribbon at the ceremony, a new imported device was moved into the plant by the forklift, means the new breakthrough of YCM. After the activity, leaders and guests visited FAB and gave high evaluation to YCM.

YCM Co., Ltd. (hereinafter refers to as YCM) was established in December, 2016. Collaborated with Israel TowerJazz company, YCM constructs an independent and specialized BSI CIS wafer production line. YCM is a leading BSI focused foundry, mainly for the CMOS Image Sensor technology platform (BSI-CIS). YCM provides the BSI process segment for 200mm and 300mm CIS wafers. YCM aims to R&D and manufacture high-end BSI CIS wafer, provides solution for BSI CIS manufacture.
